About the job
Our customer, a prominent name in the FMCG sector (Food
Products), is seeking to hire a Field Sales Representative to enhance their
revenue growth and customer acquisition rates. The job entails establishing
positive relationships with customers, promoting the company's value
proposition, and ensuring a constant stream of new and repeat customers.
Successful candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be
capable of presenting and selling their value proposition to potential clients.
It is necessary to be an individual with strong interpersonal skills who can
identify and successfully close sales opportunities with end customers on a
consistent basis.
Responsibilities:
Effectively
present, promote, and sell the organization’s value proposition and products to
existing and prospective customers

Cross-sell and upsell to customers
·
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales
services) to customers
·
Conduct on-ground research on prices and competition
·
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments i.e.
procurement, Community Leader
·
Consistently achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
·
Provide excellent customer service on a consistent basis
·
Provide customer feedback on an ongoing basis to the rest of the team
·
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
·
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and sales reports
·
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize
satisfaction
·
Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Requirements
·
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any other
business-related field
·
3 - 4 years of experience working in Sales and Marketing in FMCG. Food industry
sales are highly Preferred
·
Proven sales operations experience
·
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
·
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
·
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
·
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
·
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
